Job Summary
Lead and develop innovative retail strategies and engagement initiatives across Birmingham’s Destination Parks visitor centres, the Birmingham Wildlife and Conservation Centre, and related nurseries. Drive income generation, optimise retail space, manage budgets and forecasting, and deliver compelling marketing campaigns through websites and social media to grow audiences and enhance the visitor experience. Prepare reports and presentations for senior stakeholders; coordinate cross-functional teams and engage with diverse stakeholders while ensuring effective administration and prioritisation of multiple tasks. Willingness to work weekends, evenings, and public holidays and hold a full UK driving licence.
