Job Summary
Execute initial product allocations based on predefined assortment strategies and regional demand patterns. Manage weekly replenishment to stores to ensure optimal stock levels, rebalance inventory to mitigate stockouts, and identify slow-moving items to improve sell-through. Produce reporting on sales, inventory levels, and stock health while providing insights on store performance and replenishment effectiveness. Partner with retail planning, merchandising, and supply chain teams to align on inventory priorities and communicate allocation strategies clearly. Support execution of allocation processes and contribute to improvements that increase efficiency and precision. This role is central to delivering a strong retail experience by ensuring product availability and inventory efficiency at the store level, directly impacting sales performance through the right flow of product to meet customer demand.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in retail allocation, merchandise planning support, or inventory management
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and take action
- Advanced Excel skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and execution skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Strong understanding of store-level allocation and replenishment
- Ability to interpret data and support decisions with insights
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Works effectively across planning, merchandising, and store teams
- Comfortable reacting to changing business trends in a growth environment
- Regularly required to travel, talk, and hear
- Frequently required to sit, stand, and walk
- Occasionally kneel, stoop, crouch, twist, and lift up to 30 pounds
