Job Summary
Senior Retail Allocator in APAC responsible for allocation and replenishment to position the right product in the right place across stores. Analyzes sales, stock, and size performance by SKU and store, supports shift-from-forecast to demand-led replenishment using data and system insights, and contributes to the rollout and improvement of allocation tools. Collaborates with Retail, Planning, Supply Chain, and Data teams to ensure inventory aligns with business performance across Japan, Korea, and Australia, acting as a point of reference for best practices in allocation. Strong analytical skills, experience with AI-powered allocation systems, and ability to simplify complex topics for central-local communication.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years in Retail Allocation, Retail Planning, or Retail Analytics
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and strong understanding of retail KPIs (sell-through, stock cover, size performance)
- Experience with next generation AI-powered allocation systems
- Able to identify risks and opportunities early and act accordingly
- Open to change, with a continuous improvement mindset
