Job Summary

Collaborative Retail Administrator role within our Real Estate Management Services team, reporting to the Centre Manager. It involves coordinating all aspects of office administration, reception, account management, and extensive client/tenant liaison, with responsibilities including handling inquiries from customers, tenants, owners, and contractors; preparing reports and correspondence; assisting with budgets and reconciliations; processing invoices and work orders; managing rental collections and arrears reconciliations, and accounts payable. Requires strong customer service, solid MS Word/Excel skills, organizational ability, and a proactive attitude; prior real estate or shopping centre exposure is preferable but not essential.
