Job Summary
Support store management in executing store-related administrative functions, assist with hiring and onboarding processes, maintain Associate personnel files, perform daily cash office functions, monitor scheduling and inventory, ensure a positive customer experience, promote safety and policy adherence, and collaborate with management on training and coverage while maintaining organizational standards and communication.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year retail experience
- 6 months of leadership experience
- Outstanding communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Flexible schedule including nights and weekends
- Capable of multi-tasking
- Able to train others
- Team player with peers and supervisors
- Ability to respond to changes in direction or unexpected situations
- Experience with scheduling
- Store operations knowledge
- Customer service focus
- Adherence to labor laws and policies
