Job Summary
Retail Admin Coordinator role supporting store management in administrative functions including scheduling interviews and reference checks, maintaining associate personnel files, and daily cash office duties. Responsibilities include assisting with onboarding of new Associates, managing inventory and requisitions, ensuring adherence to labor laws and store policies, maintaining store cleanliness and safety, coordinating coverage and tasks with management, and providing clear communication to management and Associates. Requires strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task, and ability to train others; offers a broad benefits package and opportunities within a leading off-price retailer.
Required Qualifications
