Job Summary
Retail Account Merchandiser servicing multiple Hackensack, NJ-area retail locations weekly, unpacking freight, stocking shelves per planograms, maintaining organized displays, and building relationships with store personnel. Requires reliable transportation within a one-hour radius, a personal smartphone with service, basic computer/smartphone proficiency, strong communication, and the physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Prioritizes timely communication with the manager and field services team. Required Qualifications
- Reliable transportation to travel within a one-hour radius of the territory
- Personal smartphone with active service plan (monthly stipend provided)
- Basic computer and smartphone proficiency (Accessing company applications, connecting to Wi-Fi, completing reports, uploading/downloading documents, using email and two-factor authentication)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Professional attitude and demeanor when interacting with coworkers, store personnel, and customers
- Ability to lift and move boxes up to 50 lbs., team lifts for items over 50 lbs., frequent bending and stooping, occasional kneeling or crawling, use of a small step stool
