Job Summary
Conduct assigned service visits at multiple retail locations daily to unpack, stock, and merchandise products according to company planograms. Maintain clean, organized, and visually appealing product displays while ensuring merchandise is properly labeled and priced. Build and maintain positive professional relationships with store management and receiving personnel, communicating regularly via phone, email, text, and video calls. Represent Excell Marketing with professionalism and attention to detail during all interactions. This independent, hands-on role requires reliable transportation to travel within a 75-mile radius and involves physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs and extended standing. Full-time employees may earn commission based on sales at assigned stores.
Required Qualifications
- Reliable transportation to travel to all assigned retail locations within a 75-mile radius (approximately 90 minutes of driving time maximum, average is less than 1 hour)
- Valid driver's license
- Good driving record
- Adequate insurance coverage
- $100,000 for bodily injury per person, $300,000 for total bodily injury per accident, and $100,000 for property damage per accident
- Personal smartphone with an active service plan
- Basic computer and smartphone proficiency, including: Downloading and using several company applications and websites on your smartphone, Connecting to Wi-Fi networks, Completing reports and forms, Uploading/downloading documents (Word, Excel, PDF, JPG files), Using email and two-factor authentication, Texting, Phone and Video calls with management and fellow employees
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Professional attitude and demeanor when interacting with coworkers, store personnel, and customers
- Ability to lift and move boxes up to 50 lbs. independently onto a cart frequently
- Ability to perform team lifts for items over 50 lbs. as needed
- Ability to bend and stoop frequently
- Ability to kneel or crawl occasionally to access lower shelves
- Ability to use a small step stool (no more than two steps) to reach higher shelving
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
- Fine motor skills (such as applying pricing labels, hanging up pegged items, placing signage and other small fixtures)
- Drug-free workplace eligibility
