Job Summary
Complete assigned service visits at multiple retail locations daily, unpacking, stocking, and merchandising products according to planograms. Maintain clean, organized, and visually appealing displays while ensuring merchandise is properly labeled and priced. Build positive relationships with store management and receiving personnel through regular communication via phone, email, text, and video calls. Represent Excell Marketing with professionalism and attention to detail while traveling within a 75-mile radius. Requires reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs independently. Monday–Friday schedule with 8-hour shifts between 6:00 AM and 6:00 PM; overtime and occasional Saturdays may be required.
Required Qualifications
- Reliable transportation to travel to all assigned retail locations within a 75-mile radius (approximately 90 minutes of driving time maximum, average is less than 1 hour)
- Valid driver's license
- Good driving record
- Adequate insurance coverage
- $100,000 for bodily injury per person, $300,000 for total bodily injury per accident, and $100,000 for property damage per accident
- Personal smartphone with an active service plan
- Basic computer and smartphone proficiency, including: Downloading and using several company applications and websites on your smartphone, Connecting to Wi-Fi networks, Completing reports and forms, Uploading/downloading documents (Word, Excel, PDF, JPG files), Using email and two-factor authentication, Texting, Phone and Video calls with management and fellow employees
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Professional attitude and demeanor when interacting with coworkers, store personnel, and customers
- Lift and move boxes up to 50 lbs. independently onto a cart frequently
- Perform team lifts for items over 50 lbs. as needed
- Frequent bending and stooping
- Occasional kneeling or crawling to access lower shelves
- Use of a small step stool (no more than two steps) to reach higher shelving
- Standing and walking for extended periods of time
- Fine motor skills (such as applying pricing labels, hanging up pegged items, placing signage and other small fixtures)
