Micro Center is hiring self-motivated Retail A+ Computer Technicians to diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues, engage with customers, and provide technical support in a technology retail environment.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- One-year related computer service repair or technical customer service experience strongly preferred
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task and adjust priorities
Desired Qualifications
- CompTIA A+ certification
- Apple ACMT and ACiT certifications
Additional Requirements
- Shifts include hours after store is open and may include mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Physical requirements: lift up to 50 lbs., stand for prolonged periods of time
