Job Summary
Opportunity: Retail 5 am Backroom Associate at Marshalls/TJX. Responsible for delivering a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers, ringing purchases/returns, promoting credit and loyalty programs, processing merchandise for the sales floor, and maintaining store cleanliness and adherence to procedures. May be cross-trained to support multiple store areas, participates in store recovery, and upholds safety and loss-prevention standards. Requires strong communication, organizational skills, flexibility to work a schedule that supports business needs, and ability to lift heavy objects. Starting pay is $14.00–$14.50 per hour. Location: Saint Augustine, FL. Benefits offered per company plan; equal opportunity employer.
