Job Summary
Remote, heavy-phone customer service role for ACU-Serve’s HME/Hospice/billing customers. Handle inbound and outbound calls, educate patients on PAP therapy and necessary supplies, create accurate sales orders and verify patient demographics, and ensure requests are addressed promptly in a fast-paced environment. Requires two years of customer service experience, strong written and spoken communication, ability to navigate multiple software platforms (CallShaper, SNAP, Brightree), and an independent, self-motivated work style. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 10:00 am–6:30 pm EST, with a dedicated home office and high-speed internet.
Required Qualifications
- Two years of customer service experience
- Customer oriented with excellent oral and written
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Strong computer skills with the ability to navigate multiple software platforms
- Must be able to multi-task between varies software platforms (CallShaper, SNAP, Brightree)
- Self-motivated, team player
- Works well in fast paced professional environment
- Ability to work independently and meet target goals
- Dedicated home office space free of distractions and noise
- High speed home internet
