ReStore Lead Sales Keyholder

Open and close the store, supervising cashiers, sales associates, and volunteers during assigned shifts. Verify cash drawer counts, support deposit preparation, and ensure opening and closing procedures are completed accurately. Monitor the sales floor, warehouse, and checkout area for safety hazards while resolving customer concerns professionally. Assist with training new employees and volunteers on store procedures and customer service expectations. Maintain merchandise pricing, display, and cleanliness throughout customer-facing and operational areas. Support inventory movement, merchandising, and donation intake as needed. Serve as Manager-on-Duty when the ReStore Manager or Assistant Manager is unavailable.
