Job Summary
Lead role at Habitat for Humanity ReStore overseeing store operations in the absence of the manager, driving sales and assisting customers while processing donations, loading/unloading items, stocking, pricing, cleaning, cashiering, merchandising, and supervising volunteers to ensure a positive customer experience and safe, organized shop floor. Strong emphasis on delivering exceptional customer service, engaging customers in value-driven sales conversations, handling inventory and transfers, and maintaining safety and shop integrity as a Brand Ambassador for HFHCAZ.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or HiSet/GED equivalent required
- Minimum 2 years retail experience
