Job Summary
Coordinate and implement restorative nursing care for residents by directing tailored programs and facilitating transitions from skilled rehab to progressive services. Visit each resident daily to ensure program productivity while maintaining accurate restorative nursing progress and documentation records. Work under the guidance of the rehabilitation and nursing departments to maximize physical functioning and emotional well-being. Requires Certified Nursing Assistant status with restorative training experience. Located in Cartersville, GA.
Required Qualifications
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
- Experience and/or knowledge of restorative nursing philosophy and procedures
- Ability to interact positively with residents, government agencies, and the general public
