Job Summary
Restorative Room Specialist leading a structured, supportive environment to develop positive student behaviors through restorative practices (circles, mediation, reflection). Serves as a partner to staff and families to promote a safe, inclusive school climate, guiding students to resolve conflicts and repair relationships, and using behavior data to inform proactive district initiatives. Requires a Bachelor’s degree and a valid Missouri teaching or substitute certificate; responsibilities include facilitating circles and one-on-one conferences, supporting students’ re-entry to class, and collaborating with district staff to implement restorative practices and trauma-informed care. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (Education)
- Valid Missouri Teaching Certificate (any subject) OR Missouri Substitute Certificate

- Ability to collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families
