Restorative Practices Coordinator

Conduct restorative circles and facilitate peer mediation to address student behavioral issues. Design and implement restorative justice programs focusing on conflict resolution and community building. Collaborate with school staff to develop policies that reduce disciplinary referrals and promote positive school climates. Work with families to build supportive relationships and address underlying causes of student misconduct.
