Job Summary
Oversee and supervise all aspects of the restorative nursing department, ensuring residents receive high standards of care. Perform resident assessments, evaluate restorative nursing programs, and contribute to care plans while completing applicable MDS documentation. Participate in resident admission and discharge planning to assist patients reach and maintain full mobility potential through services including wound care, tracheotomy care, and medical rehabilitation. Located in Palos Heights, IL, this Gold Seal of Approval certified facility offers competitive wages, shift differentials, and tuition reimbursement. Applicants must hold an unencumbered Illinois RN or LPN license with CPR certification and one year of Skilled Nursing Facility experience.
