Job Summary
As a Restorative Nursing Assistant (RNA), you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and overseeing restorative care services in compliance with regulations. Your duties will include collaborating with various departments for effective restorative care delivery, maintaining standards and policies, participating in resident assessments and care planning, and providing training to restorative care personnel. A valid RNA certificate and a current CNA license are required, along with a minimum of 1 year of CNA experience in a long-term care setting. Preferred qualifications include previous training in rehabilitation and restorative therapy practice.
