Job Summary
Provide restorative care to residents under supervision, including mobility training, ROM, and activities of daily living support. Implement individualized restorative care plans, assist with transfers and adaptive equipment, supervise or participate in therapeutic activities to improve independence and function, observe and report progress or changes to the nursing/rehabilitation team, maintain accurate documentation, promote safety during restorative activities, and collaborate with nursing, therapy, and other team members to optimize resident outcomes. Participate in care plan updates and ensure compliance with facility policies and state/federal regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Certified and state tested as a Certified Nursing Assistant in the state employed; certificate must be active, valid, and in good standing.
