Job Summary
Provide direct restorative care and delegated therapy tasks to residents needing measures to gain or maintain their highest possible functioning level. Work independently with indirect supervision while communicating effectively in English verbally and in writing. Utilize training in gait belt use, safe transfers, and body mechanics to assist with care. Obtain RNA certification within six months of hire and maintain current CPR certification. Available for per diem shifts at Plumas District Hospital in Quincy, CA, with compensation ranging from $27.95 to $39.84 based on experience.
Required Qualifications
- Current California license as a Certified Nursing Assistant
- Current CPR certification
- Must obtain RNA certification within 6 months of hire
- Ability to communicate effectively in English both verbally and in writing
- Ability to function independently with indirect supervision
