Job Summary
Restorative Nursing Assistant (RNA) position in Arvin, CA. Full-time role providing routine restorative nursing care per resident care plans under supervision. Responsibilities include assisting with mobility, ambulation, ADLs, range-of-motion, transfers, meals, documentation in PointClickCare, monitoring changes, promoting skin integrity, and participating in RNA meetings. Requires High school diploma or equivalent, California CNA certification, RNA training, CPR if required by licensure, experience in long-term care preferred, strong communication, compassionate resident-centered care.
