Job Summary
Provide direct restorative nursing care to residents, including restorative dining, splints, ADLs, bowel and bladder management, range of motion, ambulation, and transfers. Encourage participation in assigned programs through verbal cueing and safety precautions while maintaining documentation and notifying management of resident changes. Create and implement new ideas to improve systems and processes for superior results. Maintain certification with 12 hours of continuing education and one year of experience in a similar resident population. Required Qualifications
- high school diploma or GED equivalent
- certified/registered in the state of practice
- minimum of 12 hours of continuing education to maintain certification

- minimum one (1) year of experience in a setting serving the same age/type of resident population served by this facility
- Knowledge and skills in basic Restorative Nursing principles and practices
