Job Summary
Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, support the implementation of individualized care plans, and contribute to fostering a healthy and active lifestyle among residents. Help maintain residents' dignity, comfort, and well-being while monitoring and reporting changes in their physical or emotional condition. This full-time role at Maple Crest Health Center requires Active NE CNA certification and one year of CNA experience, with every other Saturday and holiday coverage.
Required Qualifications
- Active NE CNA certification
- 1+ years of experience as a CNA
- Must be able to demonstrate a positive attitude
- Ability to effectively communicate and interact with residents, families, and team members
- Ability to understand, read, write, and speak English
- Must be able to satisfactorily perform the essential functions of the position
Desired Qualifications
- Long-Term Care experience preferred
