Restorative Nurse RN or LPN

Direct clinical care and leadership for the facility's Restorative Nursing Program (RNP). Supervises day-to-day RNP functions, trains nursing assistants on restorative techniques (ambulation, ROM, feeding), audits clinical documentation for accurate MDS coding, collaborates with therapy and physicians to identify residents for RNP services, establishes SMART goals, participates in interdisciplinary care plan meetings, provides leadership to shift nursing personnel, manages shift assignments and reports, and handles documentation and orders including medications and advanced treatments as required.
