Job Summary
Conduct restorative nursing assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans, and administer injections, medications, and treatments as prescribed. Provide wound care and prevention services to patients with impaired skin integrity while educating patients and families on self-care techniques, medication management, and disease prevention. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care and maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records and documentation. Requires an LPN/RN with a current Alabama nursing license and two years of experience.
