RNA in Central Gardens Post Acute responsible for leading restorative care programs, including specialized exercises, range-of-motion routines, and ambulation programs; support therapeutic dining, proper splinting, and daily hygiene (ADLs); maintain accurate clinical records using PCC; prevent skin breakdown through regular repositioning and use of pressure-relief tools; communicate resident status and participate in restorative program meetings.
Required Qualifications
- Active California CNA license
