Job Summary
As an RNA, lead restorative care programs and support the rehabilitation journey. Facilitate therapeutic activities including range-of-motion routines and ambulation programs; assist with therapeutic dining, daily hygiene (ADLs), and ensure resident dignity. Maintain accurate clinical records using PCC, monitor resident weight updates, and report status changes to supervisors. Promote safety by preventing skin breakdown through regular repositioning and use of pressure-relief tools; collaborate with the care team in restorative program meetings.
Required Qualifications
- Active California CNA license
- RNA certification
