Restorative Nurse Assistant RNA

Provide routine daily nursing care to residents in accordance with their assessment plans, federal, state, and local standards. Assist therapy with resident mobility, help residents sit, stand, and walk, and manage proper lifting and transitioning between wheelchairs, beds, and chairs. Transport residents to and from appointments with the van driver while ensuring privacy and protecting resident files with confidentiality per HIPAA standards. Report any changes in resident conditions or occupational exposures to blood, body fluids, or hazardous materials immediately to the supervisor. Adhere to infection control policies, facility procedures, and annual in-service training programs. Support CNA back-up coverage including answering call lights, assisting with feeding, and grooming.
