Restorative Nurse Assistant, RNA

Provide routine daily nursing care to residents in accordance with their assessment plan and facility standards. Assist therapy with mobility, help residents sit, stand, and walk, and properly lift and transition them between equipment. Transport residents to and from appointments with the van driver while ensuring privacy during care. Report any changes in resident condition or occupational exposures to the supervisor immediately. Protect resident files and data per HIPAA standards and follow infection control policies. Attend annual in-service training and perform other duties as assigned, including CNA back-up coverage for call lights, feeding, and grooming.
