Job Summary
Provide general medical care and treatment to patients under the direction of an RN. Deliver Home Health Aide Services by completing a training and competency evaluation program meeting minimum standards. Maintain reliable transportation for travel requirements while ensuring a clean background check, drug screen, and driving record. Submit a resume through the online application portal.
Required Qualifications
- Restorative Aide Certification
- Licensed CNA in the State of Texas
- A High School diploma or general education degree
- Have completed a training and competency evaluation program or have completed a competency evaluation program that meets minimum standards established by the Secretary under 1891 (A) (3) (D) of the Act and are competent to furnish Home Health Aide Services
- Six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Effective written and verbal communication
- Ability to travel
- must have reliable transportation
