Restorative Justice Officer

Job Summary
Collaborate with Tribal Court, treatment providers, Elders, and community partners to support participant success through restorative justice and reentry planning. Maintain accurate case documentation and court reports while contributing to program improvement and advancing culturally grounded healing. Uphold organizational standards to help participants build resilience, maintain sobriety, and successfully reintegrate into their families, culture, and community. This full-time, 36-hour-per-week position offers competitive pay, a flexible benefits package including 401(k) and 14 paid holidays, and opportunities to learn the Ahtna language and cultural lifeways within a family-friendly, inclusive workplace.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or G.E.D.
- College coursework in Criminal Justice, Social Work, Behavioral Sciences, or a related field
- Must be willing to attend out-of-state Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) or Federal Law Enforcement Training Centers (FLETC) training within six months of hire
- A valid Alaska Driver's license
- The ability to be insured on CVTC's vehicle insurance policy
- Completion and passing of a pre-employment state and federal background check
- Passing a pre-employment drug screening
- Subject to random drug testing
