Job Summary
Deliver and monitor individualized Restorative Nursing programming (ROM, mobility, ADLs, sensory activities). Provide direct resident care within CNA scope, including mobility support and restorative goal tracking. Document assessments, treatments, and outcomes accurately and timely in the EHR. Engage residents in developmentally appropriate, therapeutic interactions and activities. Collaborate with nursing leadership and ancillary therapy on care plans, quality improvement, and discharge planning.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Current State Registered Nurse Aide (SRNA) certification in good standing with the Kentucky Board of Nursing
- Current CPR/Basic Life Support certification (provided if needed)
- Minimum of one (1) year of SRNA experience in acute or long-term care
- Competency-based training in Restorative Nursing modalities (provided and required)
