Job Summary
Restorative Aide providing safe, resident-centered care within CNA scope to residents at Home of the Innocents' Kosair for Kids Complex Care Center. Deliver and monitor individualized Restorative Nursing programming (ROM, mobility, ADLs, and sensory activities), provide direct resident care within CNA scope, and track outcomes. Document assessments and treatments in the EHR; engage residents in developmentally appropriate therapeutic activities; collaborate with nursing leadership and ancillary therapy on care plans, quality improvement, and discharge planning. Maintain an infection-safe environment per OSHA and HIPAA standards. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Current State Registered Nurse Aide (SRNA) certification in good standing with the Kentucky Board of Nursing
- Current CPR/Basic Life Support certification
- Minimum of one (1) year of SRNA experience in acute or long-term care
- Competency-based training in Restorative Nursing modalities
