Restorative Aide

Implement basic restorative care programs and rehabilitative programs under the supervision of a licensed nurse, including the Splint, Dining, High Steppers, LYFE Today, and Reach programs. Perform documentation on flow sheets and other applicable forms for all restorative care activities. Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly resident environment by keeping work areas clean and disposing of soiled items. Report malfunctioning, broken, or hazardous equipment or conditions to the supervisor or safety officer. Observe resident conditions and report changes to the supervisor. Provide one-on-one training to residents. Observe policies and procedures as demonstrated through performance of procedures and tasks.
