Restorative Aide - CNA (24140)

Provide personal care to patients to ensure their safety and comfort, including ambulation, range of motion, positioning, and self-feeding within established scope. Assist in restorative or rehabilitative care while promoting patient independence. Advise the Patient Care Coordinator of daily status and contribute to care plans. Observe and document patient conditions, maintain a safe and clean environment, and comply with safe lifting and transfer policies. Assist in therapy area maintenance and attend required in-service training, quality assurance meetings, and weekly rehab meetings. Function as a team leader and role model, enforcing abuse prevention policies and ensuring patient/resident safety.
