Job Summary
Manage and track inventory for all construction materials, consumables, and tools using an inventory control system. Conduct regular cycle counts and annual physical inventory reconciliations to ensure accuracy. Coordinate the timely loading, transportation, and delivery of materials to job sites while receiving, inspecting, and documenting incoming deliveries. Oversee a company tool tracking system and manage the maintenance and repair of equipment and vehicles. Supervise and train warehouse staff, including drivers and laborers, by creating work schedules and assigning daily tasks. This role supports restoration projects in Hanover, PA, focusing on job efficiency, safety, and cost control.
