Job Summary
Lead restoration and mitigation stabilization projects while performing routine tasks on ipads once trained. Work in tight spaces, crawlspaces, and at ceiling heights, requiring the ability to climb ladders and lift up to 100 pounds with assistance. Engage in repetitive pushing, pulling, lifting, and carrying objects while walking, standing, driving, and sitting for long periods. Maintain a non-tobacco environment consistent with customer preferences and our faith-based team philosophy. High School diploma/GED required with effective oral communication skills. Advanced IICRC certifications are a plus, with training provided for iPad usage.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in Structural Mitigation stabilization and restoration
- High School diploma/GED
- Effective oral communication skills
- Ability to perform tasks routinely on ipads once trained
- Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
- Ability to regularly lift 50 pounds and ability to lift up to 100 pounds with assistance
- Ability to climb ladders and work at ceiling heights
- Ability to work in tight spaces (e.g. crawlspaces under buildings)
- Ability to perform repetitive pushing/pulling/lifting/carrying objects
