Job Summary
Lead structural mitigation stabilization and restoration projects while performing routine tasks on ipads once trained. You will regularly lift up to 100 pounds with assistance, walk and stand for long periods, and work in tight spaces such as crawlspaces. Responsibilities include climbing ladders, working at ceiling heights, and pushing, pulling, and carrying objects. Candidates must demonstrate effective oral communication skills, maintain a non-tobacco environment, and successfully complete a background check. Required Qualifications
- Experience in Structural Mitigation stabilization and restoration
- High School diploma/GED
- Effective oral communication skills
- Ability to perform tasks routinely on ipads once trained
- Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
- Ability to regularly lift 50 pounds and ability to lift up to 100 pounds with assistance
- Ability to climb ladders and work at ceiling heights
- Ability to work in tight spaces (e.g. crawlspaces under buildings)
- Ability to perform tasks routinely on ipads once trained
