Job Summary
Conduct structural mitigation stabilization and restoration work, including lifting up to 100 pounds, climbing ladders, and working in tight crawlspaces. Perform routine tasks on ipads after training and maintain a non-tobacco environment while demonstrating leadership qualities. Complete background checks and work long periods standing, walking, or driving. Candidates must hold a high school diploma or GED. Health insurance, life insurance, and paid time off are provided.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in Structural Mitigation stabilization and restoration
- High School diploma/GED
- Effective oral communication skills
- Ability to perform tasks routinely on ipads once trained
- Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
- Ability to regularly lift 50 pounds and ability to lift up to 100 pounds with assistance
- Ability to climb ladders and work at ceiling heights
- Ability to work in tight spaces (e.g. crawlspaces under buildings)
- Ability to perform tasks routinely on ipads once trained
