Job Summary
Perform production and restoration processes per work orders and chief crew instructions, including drying, demolition, and other activities. Inventory and load the work vehicle with equipment, products, and supplies, then maintain a clean and organized vehicle along with all equipment. Prepare rooms and areas for work activities, ensuring the job site is left clean and orderly. Communicate openly with the crew chief and other technicians throughout the project. Requires IICRC certification, experience in cleaning and restoration, and a valid driver's license. Ability to lift up to 100 pounds, climb ladders, and work in tight spaces. Local and out-of-state travel may be necessary.
Required Qualifications
- IICRC certification
- Experience in cleaning/restoration
- Experience serving commercial properties
- Valid driver's license
- High school diploma/GED
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
- Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawls spaces, attics)
- Ability to sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods of time
- Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects
- Ability to work with/around cleaning products/chemicals
- Ability to travel locally and out of state when necessary
