Job Summary
Survey damage in residential and commercial properties affected by fire, water, storm, or mold. Evaluate and record damage to all items, conduct moisture inspections, and perform initial site visits. Demolish damaged areas using hand and power tools, then set restoration equipment within guidelines. Complete assigned tasks and notes in the primary operating system (RMS), taking photos of jobs at start, completion, and throughout the process. Produce clean, straight, professional finishes while protecting customer property and communicating job progress clearly. Rotate on-call when scheduled. Valid driver's license and ability to lift 50 lbs regularly required.
