Job Summary
Inventory and load the work vehicle with equipment, products, and supplies for each project while maintaining a clean and organized vehicle. Prepare rooms and areas for work activities by setting up staging zones and performing restoration processes as directed. Adhere to safety guidelines, communicate with supervisors and other technicians, and conduct end-of-day cleanup to leave jobsites orderly. Maintain an organized warehouse space, clean the office and grounds, and develop expertise in services, cleaning products, and equipment. This full-time role requires lifting up to 100 pounds, working in various environments including crawl spaces and ceilings, and occasional evening or weekend travel.
Required Qualifications
- Regularly lifting 50 pounds independently
- Occasionally lifting up to 100 pounds with assistance
- Walking and standing for long periods of time
- Driving
- Sitting
- Climbing ladders
- Working at ceiling heights
- Working in tight spaces (i.e. crawl spaces, attics)
- Repetitive pushing/pulling/lifting/carrying objects
- Working with and around chemicals
- Working overhead
- Occasionally wearing a respirator for their safety
- Frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles
- Occasionally exposed to a variety of extreme conditions such as heat, noxious odors, etc.
- Noise level in the work environment and jobsites may be loud
- Full-time position working 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week
- Frequently requires long hours (beyond 8 hours a day), including some evening and weekend work
- Travel is required and is primarily local
- Some out-of-area and overnight travel may be expected
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED preferred
- IICRC certifications preferred
- Experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction preferred
- Strong work ethic
- Strong oral communication skills
