Job Summary
Restoration Technician responsible for performing restoration and demolition work, learning to lead and coordinate restoration projects, maintaining job documentation and safety standards, preparing job sites and managing equipment, and communicating with technicians and supervisors. Ideal candidates have restoration or cleaning industry experience, leadership experience a plus, IICRC certifications preferred (or willingness to earn), and a valid driver’s license. This role offers starting pay of $18–$21 per hour, overtime and bonuses, merit-based raises, paid health insurance, PTO, and paid training/certifications. Location: Hudson, OH, USA.
Required Qualifications
