Job Summary
Respond quickly to emergency situations involving water, fire, and mold damage. Perform hands-on restoration work including water extraction, demolition, and set up of drying or specialty equipment. Load, inventory, and maintain vehicles, tools, and materials for each job. Communicate clearly with team members and customers to provide updates and reassurance. Follow safety procedures and maintain job site organization while delivering top-quality work. Work occasional on-call shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Lift 50+ lbs regularly and navigate tight spaces like attics and crawl spaces.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Willingness to work occasional on-call shifts (evenings, weekends, holidays)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly, occasionally up to 100 lbs (with help)
- Comfortable working on ladders, at heights, or in tight spaces (attics, crawl spaces)
- Ability to push, pull, lift, and carry heavy materials repeatedly
- Comfortable working with and around cleaning agents and restoration materials
- Dependable, adaptable, and ready to say 'Yes' to new challenges
Desired Qualifications
- Previous handyman, construction, or restoration experience
- IICRC certification
