Restoration Technician

Respond promptly to emergency situations involving water and fire damage, then evaluate and perform restoration activities including water extraction, fire damage mitigation, equipment setup, and demolition. Load, inventory, and maintain work vehicles with tools and supplies for each project while communicating safety hazards and job site findings to supervisors. Perform restoration and cleanup tasks such as drying and site clean-up, and maintain open communication with clients regarding their concerns and the restoration process. This role requires a valid driver's license, willingness to work occasional on-call shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and the ability to lift up to 100 pounds regularly.
