Restoration Technician

Respond promptly to emergency situations involving water and fire damage, evaluating sites and performing restoration activities such as water extraction, drying, and demolition. Load, inventory, and maintain work vehicles with necessary tools and supplies while communicating safety hazards and job site findings to supervisors. Perform cleanup tasks including site clean-up and address client concerns by explaining the restoration process. Maintain open communication with clients and effectively communicate equipment and tool requirements for the worksite. Valid driver's license and willingness to work occasional on-call shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, are required. Previous experience in restoration or construction is preferred.
