Job Summary
Respond promptly to emergency situations involving water and fire damage, then evaluate and perform restoration activities including water extraction, fire damage mitigation, equipment setup, and demolition. Load, inventory, and maintain work vehicles with tools and supplies for each project while communicating safety hazards and job site findings to supervisors. Maintain open communication with clients to address concerns and explain the restoration process. Perform cleanup tasks such as drying and site clean-up. This role requires a valid driver's license, willingness to work occasional on-call shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and the ability to lift up to 100 pounds. Previous experience in restoration or construction is preferred, with IICRC certification being a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- Willingness to work occasional on-call shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
- Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics)
- Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects
- Ability to work with/around cleaning agents
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in restoration, construction, or a related field
- IICRC certification
