Job Summary
Restoration Technician responsible for assisting with water, fire, mold, and cleanup restoration services. This role includes load/unload of equipment, set up of containment, drying equipment, and staging areas, performing water extraction, demolition, debris removal, and cleaning, HEPA vacuuming and disinfection, protecting customer contents, and maintaining safe and professional worksites. Must follow safety policies, communicate effectively with supervisors and team members, and participate in on-call rotation. Requires dependable transportation, a valid driver's license with a clean driving record, ability to lift 50+ pounds, and the ability to pass background checks and drug screening.
Required Qualifications
- Cleaning, janitorial, housekeeping, restoration, duct cleaning, biohazard cleanup, or environmental cleaning experience preferred but not required
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Background check
