Job Summary
Respond promptly to emergency situations in restoration, including water and fire damage; perform restoration activities such as water extraction, drying, equipment setup, and site cleanup; load and inventory tools and supplies for each project; clearly communicate safety hazards, equipment needs, and process with supervisors and clients; maintain work vehicles and coordinate with teams; physical ability to lift heavy objects and operate in challenging work environments; prior restoration, construction, or related experience preferred; IICRC certification is a plus; must be willing to work on-call shifts.

- Willingness to work occasional on-call shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
